I at the time of my surgery it was at the height of the covid19 pandemic. At all times from admission, to surgery, recovery ward, and finally ward E4 I had been dealt with professionally, with dignity and care. The ward was clean and at all times I felt safe in my surroundings and treatment.

These consultants need clinical supervision and need case reviews from their clinical lead. They need to stay up to date with clinical information and actually care about their patients!
They get to a high level and then stop learning and caring.

I’ve visited this hospital numerous times during the covid pandemic, I found it to be following the rules, and I do not have any concerns. Staff were always very tentative and reassuring.

My appointment was for 1.30, but they recommended comming at 1.00 to disrobe. I turned up an hour before, as on previous occasions I had experienced parking problems.
They fitted me in immediately!!
Absolutely brilliant. I was home before 1.30pm.

RBH is a good hospital and I have no concerns about the staff, or the cleanliness of the hospital.

I have always found Royal Bolton and all its staff - medical, administrative, catering, porters, cleaners to be helpful, professional and caring. Taken various members of the family over the years to A&E, for surgery, outpatients etc Really good no matter how busy
